The ePOT package has been developed to meet customer relationship and internal project management requirements of ISPG. The main features include customer request for a project, the acceptance of project estimate, management of projects and various tasks under it, testing results of tasks, sending queries as tickets, discussion forums for users, managing permissions, calendar wise reports, address book and an option to view and send the daily updates of each task/project. Advanced Search options and quick links are also provided. Registered customers can login using their username and password. If the customer is new to ePOT, he can create his account using signup link provided in the login page. This system allows the programmers and coders to manage their task on a day to day basis; the detailed task reminder will ensure the completion of task on time. Customers will get daily updates and they can communicate with the end coder, TL and the project manager through this system. All the correspondence will be stored and this can be utilized for the references as and when required. This will keep the customer and the project team in the same page and assure quality end results and customer satisfaction.

Auto Time Card is a centralized resource management (CRM) software with time sheet entry as the main module. Time sheet and vacation leave will be automatically set during the registration of a new employee. Time sheet entry will be done by the employees and this will be managed by those who have permission to either approve or disapprove the time sheet. Users can request a leave and the manager or admin who has the permission can approve, disapprove or delete the request. Holidays can be set; all the leave and holidays will affect the time sheet. Employees have the facility to enter expense; this will be approved or disapproved by those who have the privileges for the same. This system allows the admin to have the details of the number of hours spent by each employee, the extra time that he has worked, any incentive that he is eligible for, and also any expense that has to be paid back to him. This data will be scrutinized and approved at various levels and only the admin can access the accurate reports
